At YLI Threads, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unwashed textiles. If your new bedding or decor isn't the perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the linens and place them back in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they remain clean and protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
